This Week's Drops Include the Return of a Retro Nike Colorway and New BAPE Gear

Brands like BAPE and Nike are clearly thinking of Mother’s and Father’s Day, as this week’s drops include key pieces for mini-me style. From the return of a retro Air Max colorway to brand new childrenswear lines, this week has a little something for everyone. Read on for our picks of this week’s best drops.
BAPE is thinking about moms this week with the reveal of its newest eyewear set aimed at mothers and daughters. The set of matching sunglasses for adults and kids features the brand’s classic camo in a bright pink shade. BAPE hasn’t officially announced a release date for the set, but with Mother’s Day on Sunday, expect to see the set in stockists this week.
We were thrilled to learn Nike would include toddler sizes in the return of the Air Max 1 “Curry” colorway. But while adults will be able to grab red, green and yellow versions of the sneaker, toddler sizes will only be available in the classic golden yellow tone. Look for the toddler shoes drop on May 10 at retailers such as Sneakersnstuff.
Diaper bag company Ju-Ju-Be teams up with tokidoki once again for a colorful collection of all types of bags and purses. The new line introduces the Iconic 2.0 print featuring classic tokidoki characters, who appear on everything from backpacks to purses. The collection is available to shop now at Ju-Ju-Be.
ATM Anthony Thomas Melillo got its start with a T-shirt collection at Barneys in 2012, and now the line has launched its first children’s collection, featuring T-shirts of course. The unisex line is available now at Barneys and ATM, with the brand slated to add more colors and pieces to the line later this year.
BAPE sticks to simple T-shirts more often than not, but the brand’s has turned to classic Boy Scout-style shirts as inspiration for its new kids’ item. Look for the Baby Milo-adorned Scout shirt to drop on May 12 in two colorways.
