Thom Browne Kicks Off Its colette Takeover With a Plush Dog

A canine just for colette.

As beloved Parisian store colette prepares to close its doors later this year, several brands have staged takeovers of the space, including most recently sacai. Now the baton has been passed over to American designer Thom Browne, who, luckily for us, has made a little something for kids as well.

The designer turned to his famous dachshund Hector Browne for inspiration once again. Having already served as the model for a life-sized leather bag shaped like a dog, Hector now appears in plush toy form for kids. Made with a super soft synthetic fiber, the dog rocks a cool collar sporting the iconic Thom Browne tricolor stripes. Standing on all fours, the plush toy comes in at just over a foot tall, making it a great toy for kids begging their parents to get a dog.

The Hector Browne plush dog is currently sold out at colette, but be sure to keep your eyes peeled for a restock. If your child prefers something a bit tastier, take a look at the cute plush burgers and fries from Shake Shack.
