Medicom Gets Into the Halloween Spirit With Its Latest BE@RBRICK
Trick or treat?
Following the recent releases of Star Wars and Disney-themed BE@RBRICKS, Medicom has now turned its attention to the rapidly approaching Halloween. To get kids into the candy-eating and pumpkin-carving spirit, Medicom has released a trick-or-treat-themed toy just in time for this year’s celebrations.
This model gets a pumpkin for a head, with a brain filled with candy corn and jelly beans. The sugary influence continues throughout the figure’s body, with candy cane limbs and chocolate dripping down the torso. Slightly spookier details like cobwebs, spiders and skulls finish off the eclectic model.
With “Happy Halloween” and “Trick or Treat” written across the chest, this BE@RBRICK is a perfect teaser gift for kids as they wait for October 31 to roll around. The design is available in a mini 100% size, and a larger 400% model, which stands at almost one foot tall. Both sizes are available online for ¥1,620 (approximately $15 USD) and ¥8,424 JPY (approximately $75 USD) respectively.
