Use These Celebrities' Halloween Costumes as Inspiration This Year
Plenty of examples to choose from.
We know that selecting a Halloween costume can be difficult, and we try to offer the best ideas wherever possible. Fortunately, we’ve found some of the coolest outfits worn by our favorite celebrities and their little ones, because sometimes you just have to look to the best to see how its done.
Blue Ivy Carter
There’s nothing better than the whole family getting together for some Halloween fun and Jay-Z and Beyoncé couldn’t resist joining their daughter Blue Ivy Carter for a Barbie-themed outfit. The Ken dolls have the easy part – you just have to throw on a tux.
Here, Blue Ivy takes inspiration from her parents’ musical careers and looks to the iconic hip-hop trio Salt-N-Pepa, with mom and grandma completing the troupe.
North West and Penelope and Mason Disick
North West opted for a unicorn outfit at this outing, a look you can also achieve with these unicorn Vans. Her cousins and aunt opted for the classic superhero look, sure to be popular again this year.
Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale
Gwen Stefani chose to dress up as Jessie from Toy Story for Halloween in this picture, while she dressed up her adorable son in a scary and convincing dinosaur outfit to scare the neighbors.
Gwyneth Paltrow went for a skeleton look with her daughter Apple for a spooky appearance. The outfit was inspired by the Mexican holiday of Day of the Dead, which also serves as an influence for Disney’s new movie Coco.
With her mother Kim Kardashian a fixture on the fashion scene, North West dressed up as former Vogue editor André Leon Talley. Zeplin Black, daughter of Kardashian makeup artist Joyce Bonelli, took cues from Karl Lagerfeld‘s iconic style, while Joyce and Kim joined in on the fun by dressing up as Grace Coddington and Anna Wintour, respectively.
Harper Grace and Gideon Scott Burtka-Harris
As we all get into Star Wars mode, why not choose a Jedi as your costume for this year’s Halloween? That’s what Neil Patrick Harris did with his twins, who made the perfect Princess Leia and Luke Skywalker.
